Pompeii to feature in Welshpool this week

The ancient city of Pompeii is the topic of the latest talk for the Arts Society Mid Wales & Borders who meet this week in Welshpool.

Speaker is Mike Clegg will talk about ‘Death of a City - Pompeii AD 79’ on Thursday from 2.30pm at the Powis Suite, Royal Oak Hotel.

Visitors are welcome, though a donation of £7 per person is requested to help offset costs.
