A man has been arrested following Tuesday night’s crash on Moors Straight that resulted in hours of motoring chaos.
Dyfed-Powys Police said the 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit and driving without a license. He has since been released under investigation.
His car crashed into a three-storey house on the side of the road at around 8pm, forcing the occupants to be evacuated and the road was closed for 16 hours so that a structural engineer could survey the property.
Traffic was diverted through Guilsfield, but traffic lights in the middle of the village resulted in long queues building both ways.
