Do some good with your choccy leftovers!

By now, we should have all finished the Christmas chocolates and to ease the guilt there is a way to do some good with the leftover containers.

Macmillan Nurses are asking local residents not to put the plastic containers in their recycling, but to give them to the charity, and a local drop-off point has been set up.

From (today) Monday the containers can be left with the The Crafty Pixies in Puzzle Square. From there, they will be handed over to the charity who will make 8p per piece.

“They can be shredded to make outdoor play equipment or garden equipment,” the charity has said.
