MyWelshpoolTV: First look at the new Neuadd Maldwyn

The transformation of Neuadd Maldwyn in the heart of Welshpool into a state-of-the-art independent living community has been one of our closest followed stories of the past decade.

The Grade II-listed building was falling apart and Powys County Council decided to enter into an agreement with ClwydAlyn to allow them to invest millions of pounds into converting their former shire headquarters into a state-of-the-art residential facility.

The end result is stunning, and we were invited to take a look around before the first residents move in next month.
