‘Riding the Tour de France’ in Welshpool for charity
While the world’s best are tackling 2,115 miles for the world-famous French-based race at the moment, the Tour de Pont has reached Stage 5 with plenty of helpers getting behind the stationary wheels at the charity’s Welshpool and Newtown offices.
“Thank you to our clients who have peddled so far and to the rest of the wonderful Ponthafren team,” said a spokesperson, who also highlighted that a number of organisations had also pitched in.
Anyone can support by either donating via https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/fundraising/tourdepont, or popping in and covering a few miles.
