Cllr Spencer steps up to Staffing Chairman role

One of the newer councillors on Welshpool Town Council has taken charge of the Staffing Committee.

Cllr Billy Spencer was only elected last year, but has made a big impact since joining the Town Council, and was elected as the committee’s new Chair on Wednesday night.

His Vice-Chair will be another of the council’s newer representatives, Cllr Sally Fitzgerald.
