No arrests following bizarre car crash into Salop Road house
Pictures from the scene last night showed a red car that appeared to have hit the house with its rear end, and seemingly unable to move off.
It prompted emergency services to close the road for two hours with police confirming that no other car was involved and thankfully there were no injuries.
“Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on Salop Road, which took place at approximately 6.20pm on Sunday,” said a police spokesperson.
“The road was closed while officers attended the scene. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was recovered and road re-opened at 8.20pm.”
The spokesperson also confirmed that no arrests were made, but didn’t explain how the incident occured.
