Road to Berriew remains closed after Saturday night accident

The main A483 road to Berriew from Welshpool remains closed this morning following an accident near The Horseshoes pub at around 6pm last night.

Motorists are being diverted through Forden from Coed y Dinas roundabout as emergency services remain on site.

We have asked Dyfed Powys Police for more information, but their social media posts last night advised motorists to avoid the area.
