Couple’s warning after theft

A Welshpool couple are warning fellow residents to be on their guard after becoming the victim of a theft at the weekend.

Mark and Kelly Andrews live on Bronybuckley and became the victims of crime sometime between Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.

“We want to warn people to watch their vehicles because our jeep was targeted,” said Kelly.

“His beacon lights were stolen from the roof of his (Mitsubishi) l200. The wire was cut which was inside the jeep. We have informed the police but unfortunately no prints were found so not much that can be done.”
