Golf Club Open Day this Saturday
Running from 10am-12.30pm, the event is open to both avid golfers and interested beginners, offering a relaxed opportunity to explore the course, meet members, and experience the facilities at one of Wales’ most scenic golf clubs.
Visitors will have the chance to enjoy a free round of golf while taking in the panoramic views across the surrounding countryside, and learn more about the club’s welcoming atmosphere for players of all abilities.
The club’s facilities include a beautifully maintained 18-hole course, a welcoming clubhouse with a licensed bar and social areas, and freshly prepared food including the club’s popular Full English breakfast. A range of hot drinks including tea and coffee will also be available, alongside a selection of soft drinks.
Additional facilities at Welshpool Golf Club include free parking, buggy hire, men’s and ladies’ changing facilities, a pool table, TVs, and a small golf shop stocking essential items such as balls, tees and gloves.
The Open Day has been designed to give people who may not have visited Welshpool Golf Club before the opportunity to experience the course and clubhouse in a friendly and informal setting.
Whether you are a regular golfer looking for a new club, someone interested in taking up the sport, or simply curious to see the facilities and enjoy a coffee in the clubhouse, everyone is welcome to attend.
