Are you ready for Adele Round Two?

Just when we have all got our breath back following that scintillating action from the Milano Cordina Winter Olympics earlier this week, Welshpool’s Adele Nicoll will be putting us through it all again today and tomorrow!

Adele performed incredibly well on her Olympic debut, climbing to 11^th after three Monobob heats before what she described as a “nightmare” final heat saw her drop to 18^th.

But she is eager to make amends when she pilots in the 2-woman bobsleigh for the first two heats tonight, and then heats three and, hopefully, heat four tomorrow.

She will be aiming to secure a top 20 spot from her first three runs to ensure she has a place in the final heat tomorrow night.

Here’s when you can watch her go:

The 2-woman bobsleigh heat one will be held from 5pm (UK time) on Friday, followed by the second heat from 6.50pm.

It will resume on Saturday with the third heat from 6pm, followed by the fourth and final heat from 8.05pm.
