The Welshpool & District Darts League saw an eventful evening across all divisions, with several teams consolidating their positions and others making noteworthy strides.
In Division 1, Kings Head A maintained their dominant form with a resounding 7-0 victory over Red Lion, ensuring they remain at the top of the standings with an increased points tally of 43.
Compass narrowly edged Owl & Pussycat 4-3, keeping them firmly in second place with 38 points, while the Westwood B climbed to fourth after a convincing 6-1 win against The Oak.
Green Dragon A moved up to sixth following their 5-2 triumph over Westwood A, and The Punchbowl also made gains, moving up one position to ninth with a close 4-3 win over Pheasant. As a result, Owl & Pussycat and Westwood A each slipped down one position in the standings.
Division 2 saw The Castle deliver a flawless 7-0 victory over Grapes A, propelling them to third with 38 points. The standout players for Castle included Mark Smith and Shaun Hindmarch, each securing two wins.
The Angel narrowly defeated Powis Arms 4-3, resulting in a position swap with Castle as they moved down to fourth.
Black Lion solidified their second-place standing with a 5-2 win against Red Lion Misfits, thanks to strong performances from Dan Morgan and Toby Roberts, both achieving two wins.
Kings Head B also secured a significant 6-1 victory over The Lion Caerhowel, maintaining their fifth-place spot.
Green Dragon C improved their standing by one position to eighth, despite a close 4-3 loss to Grapes B.
In Division 3, The Breidden continued their unbeaten run with a 4-3 victory against Grapes D, keeping them at the top with 42 points.
Angel B also maintained their second position with a solid 5-2 win over Grapes C, who fell two places to fifth. Horseshoe Arddleen moved up to third after a dominant 6-1 performance against Owl & Pussycat B, with notable contributions from Cam Thomas and Rob Weston.
Compass B climbed to fourth following their 5-2 victory over The Talbot, and Powis Arms B edged out Castle B 4-3, allowing them to move up to seventh, while Owl & Pussycat B dropped to eighth after their defeat.
