Almost 500 runners confirmed for Welshpool 10k with 30 days to go!

It is looking like it will be another bumper edition of the Welshpool 10k which will be marking ‘30 days to go’ tomorrow.

The March 23 event has become a welcome addition to the town’s social and sporting calendar in recent years, and last night there were nearly 500 entries already in for its fourth run.

The event is being organised by Adrenaline Sporting Events who have created the 10k Quad Series that also incorporates the Newtown, Oswestry and Wrexham 10ks.

“There’s not long to go now so we are all looking forward to another successful event,” said Alan Lewis, from Adrenaline Sporting Events.

SJ Roberts and Lowfield Timber Frames are headline sponsors for the Welshpool 10k, and Hope House will be the charity partner.
