Price gets Wales call-up

One of the area’s most consistent darts players in recent years has received a well-deserved call-up to the Wales team.

Steve Price played in the Welshpool and District Darts League for the Talbot and Green Dragon A for a number of years before going to the Shrewsbury League and, more recently, the Newtown League.

He has won a number of titles and is the current holder of the Welshpool doubles title.

He has been included in the Wales team that will compete in the 44^th British International Teams event from March 28-30 in Skegness, England.
