Welshpool to host Continental Market next week

Welshpool will provide a warm welcome back next week to the Continental Market, which will pack out the town centre from July 3-5.

Dozens of stalls providing tastes and crafts from across Europe and beyond will bring an international flavour to Welshpool following successful appearances in the past.

“From the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow to the Tall Ships Festival in Belfast, the Bedford River Festival to Foyle Maritime festival you’re likely to have visited one of Market Place Europe’s markets,” a spokesperson said.

“Market Place Europe have a long history of supporting national events across the UK with our quality international flavours, crafts and goods.”

Restrictions will be in place so keep an eye on the Town Council’s official social media channels over the next week.
