‘More Canals than Venice’

With the Welshpool area set to be connected to the UK canal network in the copming years, there’s a fitting talk this Thursday at the March Arts Society Mid Wales & Borders meeting.

The speaker is Roger Butler, who will talk about Birmingham - More Canals Than Venice at the Powis Suite in the Royal Oak Hotel.

It will start at 2.30pm prompt with visitors welcome, though a donation of £7 per person is requested to help offset costs.
