Guilsfield YFC Carol Concert this Sunday

A Christmas event that raises hundreds of pounds for charity every year is set to be held in Guilsfield this Sunday (December 22).

The village's Young Farmers’ Club are inviting the area to join them at the Old School for a Christmas Carol Concert and Christmas Tree Competition to raise money for charity.

Last year, they raised an impressive £450 for Lingen Davies Cancer Charity, an amount they hope to beat this weekend.

The afternoon gets underway at 6.30pm with the Christmas Tree Competition (£10 per entry) and the concert is scheduled to start at 7.30pm.

Tickets are priced at £5 for adults and £2 for children, with family tickets £10.
