Missing girl from Meifod found

The teenage girl who was reported missing from the Meifod area on Sunday has been found safe and well.

Concern was raised after 14-year-old Afaf disappeared from the area, and Dyfed-Powys Police asked our readers for help.

One reported seeing her near the Raven early on Sunday morning, and this morning, a positive outcome has been reported.

“Afaf, reported missing from the Meifod area, has been found safe and well,” said a Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson. “Thank you to all who shared the appeal.”
