We are currently seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and help us expand our reach.
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads for design and print work.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the production process for all incoming work, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams and liaise with suppliers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the Account Director and team as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent social contact abilities with a strong client-facing demeanour.
- Exceptional written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Prior sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A basic understanding of artwork and print processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
