Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant 

We are looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to cover maternity leave for approximately 14 months from mid July 2024.

The successful candidate will have finance experience and be proficient in the use of Excel. Experience of Sage 50 would be an advantage, but training will be given.

Full time and Part time hours will be considered.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Process all purchase invoices in an accurate and timely manner

• Process employee expenses in line with company policy

• Reconciliation of supplier statements

• Produce month end reports and accruals

• Maintain Cashbook for all company payments.

Qualities:

• Be able to work on their own initiative

• Positive work attitude

• A good communicator at all levels.
