First Aid courses available in Welshpool

A new local business called Safe 360  is providing First Aid Training Courses at the COWSHACC in Welshpool. 

Initially there will be two courses run by a fully qualified trainer and a certificate will be given following the course to successful participants.  The qualification is OFQUAL recognised and therefore HSE and Ofsted approved.

The courses are designed to be fun but at the same time teach the skills, confidence and knowledge that are essential for effective first aid.

Each course is an opportunity for not only individuals to gain skills but also those involved in Voluntary Groups, Churches, and Businesses and Child Care.  For each it is a great opportunity for staff to gain training and a qualification that is not only of benefit to the organisation, but also the wider community and the participants immediate family. 

There is also the advantage that the qualification and skill is transferable to a new employer.

There are two courses planned at present. The cost of each course is £75 per person.

First Aid at Work: 12th November 9.00am to 4.00pm

Paediatric First Aid: 13th November 9.00am to 4.00pm (This is aimed at those people working with children)

If any business would like to book a bespoke course for its own employees, then the price could be negotiated dependant on the course required, the number of participants and the venue.
