A planning consultant at Shrewsbury-based Halls has been promoted to Associate Director in recognition of her significant contribution to the business and its continued growth since joining just over two years ago.
Lyndsey Fisher, 35, from Guilsfield, has also become a shareholder in the multidisciplinary property services business, which has nine offices across Shropshire, Worcestershire and Mid Wales.
The company said that she has played an important role in the continued growth and success of Halls’ Planning and Development team, which provides specialist professional advice to an expanding client base across Shropshire, Powys, Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy, Cheshire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
Lyndsey, who has more than eight years’ experience as a planning consultant, said: “Career progression was always an ambition of mine when I joined Halls, although I didn’t expect the opportunity to come quite so quickly.
“I am genuinely touched and honoured to have been recognised for my hard work and commitment to the business and I look forward to continuing to contribute in my new role.
“Halls continues to grow and develop, and it’s exciting to be part of that journey and to see the business in such a strong position.”
Lyndsey particularly enjoys meeting clients, understanding their aspirations and helping them navigate the planning process to achieve their objectives.
“The planning team is extremely busy, dealing with a diverse range of enquiries across a wide geographical area,” she added. “The planning system is increasingly complex, with changing regulations and rising application costs presenting additional challenges.
“That makes it more important than ever that clients receive clear, professional and commercially sensible advice, giving them the best possible prospect of achieving their planning objectives.”
Halls Managing Director, Jon Quinn, said: “Lyndsey has become a highly valued member of our Planning and Development team and has made a significant contribution to its continued growth and success.
“She is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike, combining strong technical knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach.
“We very much see Lyndsey playing an important role in the future of Halls. Her promotion to Associate Director and becoming a shareholder are thoroughly deserved, recognising both the contribution she has already made and our confidence in the part she will play in the continued development of the business.”
