What a start to our TikTik journey!

Well, we dipped our toe into the TikTok world last month and it appears we have been pulled right in!

Our new account on the social media network has already cruised past the 500-member mark, with our four MyWelshpoolTV reports, the three we have also published on Facebook and YouTube over the past month as well as one historical report, have been watched over 25,000 times already.

Here at MyTown Media Ltd we are always looking at ways of engaging with a wider audience and there is no doubt that we have welcomed a whole new generation of readers and viewers from the younger demographic.

With the Welsh elections coming up in May, we view this avenue as an important way of communicating with more voters, particularly as 16-18-year olds can vote for the first time.
