Another Welsh title for Adele

Adele Nicoll added another title to her growing list of shot putting achievements yesterday (Saturday).

The Welshpool athlete, who is a member of Birchfield Harriers, won the Welsh Athletics Track and Field Senior Championships title at Cardiff.

Adele was short of her best form but won the event comfortably with a throw of 15.64meters.
