Just weeks after unveiling their new interactive touch screens, McCartneys have embraced even more cutting edge technology and are offering their clients virtual reality 3D viewings.
The virtual reality viewings allow prospective purchasers to view McCartneys properties from the comfort of their own home and get a true feeling for those properties before booking a physical viewing.
Tom Carter, Partner with McCartneys said: “We are opening the doors of our properties so prospective buyers can now interactively view properties online from a desktop, laptop, tablet, smart phone or through virtual reality goggles.
“This is an unsurpassed 3D Virtual 'walk-through' which not only immerses you into the space, it provides you with an incredible sense of presence within the property as you easily move around and view the rooms.”
The technology will provide McCartneys clients with floor plans, a “dolls house” view of the property, still photographs and also the opportunity to view the space with virtual reality (VR) headsets.
Tom added: “This will showcase our properties like never before, saving valuable time for vendors and buyers alike and helping to create a bond between buyer and property before they have even physically stepped through the door.
“This technology is only available through McCartneys, exclusively across our 15 offices.”
