Expect morning delays

There has been an accident near Coed y Dinas during the night so expect delays on the Newtown commute this morning.
The fire service has tweeted that they are on the scene of the accident which has closed the road with diversions in place.
The only details we have are contained in the fire station’s tweet which stated: “Welshpool crews have been mobilised to an RTC at 00:58am on A483 near Coed Y Dinas. Diversions in place & delays expected. Please RT (retweet).”
