Woman seen smashing shop window

CCTV footage has allegedly caught a woman kicking at a window that was extensively damaged at a Welshpool town centre business.

Police have not shared the footage but said the woman can be seen attacking the window at 1.30am on Tuesday morning.

“A window at the ‘Sunkissed Salon’ on Church Street was extensively damaged,” said a police spokesperson.

“CCTV footage shows a female at the location kicking out at the window. The female was wearing a brown jacket and light coloured scarf, dark coloured trousers with knee high brown coloured boots, and carrying a dark coloured bag.”
