30 days of fitness – Day 21

21/04/2017 @ 07:49

No matter what we do in life it is always useful to set goals and getting into shape is no exception.

It may be to reach a certain body weight or to lose a certain amount of inches, which, Great Fitness tell us, is a good indicator as to where we are at with our fitness progress.

But don’t forget to set goals when it comes to your actual exercise too. For example, you might want to run a mile in under so many minutes or reach a realistic weight in kilograms when using dumb bells.

Always set goals that are tough to reach but achievable, and when you get past them, set the next goal.

By having this mind set, your progress will never come to a halt.
